Goal

Close the five-milestone development plan with evidence that the agreed MVP works and is ready for a separately authorized first public release.

Scope

  • Document local build/run/package instructions, required Xcode version and external-volume output configuration without committing machine-specific absolute paths.
  • Record outcomes for menu/Settings lifecycle, permissions, explicit pause, manual sending, confirmed SOS, time OR distance selection, bounded SQLite queue, destination changes and laptop sleep/relaunch.
  • Record stationary-detection capability/fallback, ad hoc identity/Keychain behaviour and the minimum/current macOS runtime matrix.
  • Review synthetic receiver evidence and the explicitly authorized real-server integration from PROTO-019 separately. HTTP 2xx alone does not prove history inspection or notification delivery.
  • Review both CI matrix jobs, incremental test coverage and the validated draft release workflow. Link evidence to the exact candidate commit; missing hosted execution is still pending.
  • Verify completed bilingual UI, original identity and reviewed public documentation/wiki sources from PROTO-018 and PROTO-015.
  • Review installation/Gatekeeper/configuration instructions in English and Spanish. Describe timestamp/accuracy semantics, offline retention, manual-only SOS retry and manual DMG updates in the MVP.

Acceptance criteria

  • Each acceptance claim links to a reproducible check with environment and result; passed, failed and untested outcomes are distinct.
  • The macOS 15 row is backed by actual runtime evidence; absent coverage stays open.
  • Every required MVP criterion is satisfied or remains an explicit blocker; new bugs/follow-ups are linked and do not become an excuse to claim an unfinished MVP complete.
  • Permission continuity and stationary fallback limitations are documented and assessed against the approved behaviour.
  • CI, packaging/draft preparation, real-Mac integration and public documentation evidence cover the reviewed candidate commit.
  • No private URL, real device identifier, coordinates, credentials or unreviewed reference screenshots enter public-facing text.
  • MVP acceptance is recorded only after the prerequisites pass; public release and wiki publication remain separate explicit maintainer actions.

Validation

Review the report against all issues in the five milestones and the packaged candidate. Do not close the MVP gate while required evidence is failed or untested. Milestone completion does not publish a release; a single first public release can follow this review.
