Goal

Turn the validated interface into a complete minimal native product, without adding new screens or features beyond the agreed scope.

Scope

Complete menu and Settings integration with consistent active/paused/error presentation, actual position/acceptance dates, queue counts, manual sending, SOS and Quit.
Ensure interval, distance, requested accuracy, server/identifier and independent login/restore preferences are usable and validated; keep the agreed Connection, Tracking, General and Diagnostics structure.
Remove temporary placeholders, provide an original app icon and readable menu-bar status, and preserve the agreed public/product/bundle identity.
Complete English/Spanish text, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver labels and light/dark appearance for actual integrated states. Keep critical confirmations and results visible without introducing maps, a permanent main window or additional product flows.

Acceptance criteria

All agreed MVP controls are functional; no placeholder action or simulated success remains.
Validation errors and asynchronous results are understandable without reading implementation logs.
Keyboard/VoiceOver checks cover primary actions, status and destructive/SOS confirmations in both languages.
Menu and Settings remain usable in both appearances, including long translated strings and permission/error states.
The distributed icon is original or appropriately licensed and does not imply official Traccar authorship.

Validation

Perform a focused integrated native UI review using local fixtures and synthetic identities. This is completion of the agreed small interface, not an open-ended visual redesign or a new feature set.
